We were approached by this client who was looking for a full house renovation to this old Victorian property. After submitting our quote, we were successful in securing the works and the client was happy with the budget and deadlines we had set out.

As with a lot of residential works the client made a number of changes along the way which meant re-quoting and rescheduling, something that we are more than happy to fulfil.

Full rip out of kitchen and utility

Supply and fit new electric gates
Full refurbishment to ground floor
Full refurbishment of top floor stairs and landing
Supply and fit new kitchen and utility room
New flooring in required areas including stairs
Full redecoration throughout
